Land at Centinela Industrial Park is currently being sold or leased in two phases. Currently 139 hectares are zoned and permit ready for industrial and other uses and 500 hectares are available for future development. Financing for land, plant and equipment is available through Bancomext, the development bank of the Mexican federal government.
